When Derse faced unprecedented demand requiring rapid production expansion, they turned to Idea Tree Events to serve as Lead Event Producer for RS Connect 2024—leveraging a long-standing partnership with Derse that dates back to 2017. This multi-day conference brought together 700 attendees for a comprehensive program featuring curated lodging, catering, entertainment, networking receptions, exhibit halls, and breakout sessions. Additionally, Idea Tree provided strategic recommendations to enhance attendee engagement and overall experience.
On-Site Logistics Corporate Sales & Management Meetings
Recognizing they were over capacity in producing multiple events close together at the same time, HID contracted Idea Tree Events to provide supplemental on-site support to the corporate meetings team. As an extension of the HID meetings team, Idea Tree Events was brought in to manage attendee check-in, room blocks, audio visual, food, beverage, transportation and all off-site activities for 12 leadership and sales meetings. Ranging in size from 100 to 300 guests in multiple global destinations, the conferences and meetings featured a host of both content and relationship building activities.

Recognizing the need for more experienced resources to produce successful outcomes, Reach Meetings & Events contracted with Idea Tree Events to support their network of freelance event professionals. Idea Tree Events was hired to plan and produce the Education Service Center Region X’s annual Dyslexia Institute for 2,000 educators, 10 speakers & 20 exhibitor sponsors.
